HOW TO: Uninstall TDM for use with SAP (any version)

Create a Service Request (SR) requesting a SAP transport to remove all the product's code and tables.

The transport to request is TS0K900077.

Once Customer support has delivered the transport, import it into all SAP instances where Test Data Management (TDM) Data on Demand for use with SAP has been installed. After import, all product objects will be removed. Now the product needs to be unregistered from transaction SAIN and SPAM.
The following steps will remove the product from the patch directory entries and from the SPAM/SAINT registration. Delete any entries that begin with GET as follows as this is our registered name space.

 

Search the CVERS and CVERS_REF tables for component=GET*. Delete these items. 
 delete from CVERS where COMPONENT='GET*’;

 delete from CVERS_REF where COMPONENT=’GET*’;

 delete from CVERS_LAN where COMPONENT=’GET’;

 

Search the AVERS, AVERS_EXT and PAT03 tables for addonid=get*. Delete these items.
 delete from AVERS where ADDONID='GET*’;

 delete from AVERS_ EXT where ADDONID='GET*’;
 delete from PAT03 where ADDON_ID='GET*';

 

After completing these instructions, the product should be uninstalled completely.​
